Terms of Service

1. Services

DravoraX provides custom development, hosting, and digital products. The specific scope of any project is agreed in writing, including by email, before work begins.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Custom development

Custom work is delivered with source code where agreed. Final pricing and timelines are confirmed per project. Support after delivery is included as agreed in the project scope.

4. Hosting

Hosting is provided on a best-effort basis with a target uptime of 99.9%. We may suspend services in cases of abuse, non-payment, or activity that threatens the platform.

5. Refunds

Refund terms are agreed per project or product. Because custom development is labour-based, refunds are handled case by case.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DravoraX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
